Arguably, the streamer should probably be charged with negligence (since intent was lacking) That is definitely debatable, since there's a real question of how responsible he is for what other people say over his speakers. If he was handing random people a megaphone and one of those people yelled "Fire!", should he be held liable for the ensuing panic? Most would say no. This situation isn't really that different. Here, he has the potential to screen things before they're broadcast, which he (presumably) didn't do, but does having that ability mean he's required to exercise it? --- This is my signature.
