I looked this up when a guy was supposedly recording other people at work. Dawkins logic is that recording and intercepting arent the same thing. That you need two party consent to intercept and record someone elses phone call, but recording a call made to him is perfectly fine since its for archival purposes. Or some shit. I stopped trying to follow his train of thought a long time ago. Damn. Dawkins really does seem to tweet shortly after I bump this thread...He tweeted again with more info on his train of thought.
