Lewis Jr on US 171 on Tuesday afternoon in Louisiana!! Sherell was stopped on the road with his vehicle near Pickering to remove debris when he was struck by a 2003 Chevrolet Pickup truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene as Sgt James Anderson said "What it appears to be at this point is that this man was trying to do a good deed. There was debris in the roadway and he didn't want any other motorists to strike it.
