I've gotten autographs from athletes both at the ballfield and collectibles/trading card shows. Also, the picture hanging on the wall above my desk is of me and the "Indian" from The Village People from after one of their concerts. Yeah, basically that. I've gotten autographs and pictures with various actors and musicians at cons and signings and stuff, but those are shallow "meetings" at best.
