Topic	This 19 y/o Girl was SHOT in the HEAD by a BORDER PATROL AGENT in Texas!!

Ive heard of that, but I find it weird she was shot in the head rather than the chest. I dunno if he was in the wrong but still. He could have been rattled and wasnt the best of shot. I dont know. Id like to see his past and get the full report on the deal.
