The only reason Xbox users are hitting that billion hour point is because they literally have no worthwhile exclusives to speak of so they have to go back to old shit because it's all they have. I mean, if old games that you could have probably played if you just kept your old systems and the slightest improvement in graphical quality is worth 500 extra dollars to you, then god speed my friend.
