There is very little we can do to control what is happening here and while Survivor is my favorite show to watch I'm not going to get that bent out of shape out of the show's format. If a show we love is going down a terrible path, why shouldn't we openly criticize it? You think the fans should've just sighed and accepted Redemption Island, and been HAPPY when South Pacific came out immediately afterward, with the same bad twists? You can only be upset about one thing at a time obviously.
