Though the PPK, a 2*, is pretty good for her rarity too, with proper equipment works great as an off tank, think she can wear exoskeletons in 50/70? that's a large EVA boost. PPK is an underrated gem. Between her tile buffs and Annihilation Command, she boosts her teammates' offensive power like almost no other unit in the game can, especially if you have a rifle giving her a tile buff that speeds up her skill cooldowns. Plus as you mentioned, she has fantastic evasion to stay alive and give those boosts in longer battles. She's among the best 2-star units in the game IMO.
