(And whose inability to handle rejection likely stems from the fact that he's a 12 y/o with existing anger issues experiencing his first break-up.) Poor girl. The school system is being especially shitty by not dealing with it directly. I get that they're unlikely to change the bully's attitude, but that's what expulsion is for. Of course, I'm willing to bet a substantial amount of money that his parents aren't of any high caliber when it comes to morals and ethics.

You can't expel every bully, nor would that necessarily be a benefit if you could.
