Topic	Let's settle this forever. What is cheesecake?

The method the ingredients are combined and the baking method make it a cake. The wikipedia article isn't terribly helpful. Early Greek culture considered it a cake, some claim it's a torte because of the eggs serving as the only leavening agent, and the crust and filling instead make it a custard pie.
