But when you take hundreds of calls a day and only about 10 are actual emergencies. it's easy to think that this one is one of the many false alarms or people who are just calling because they have a tummy ache. saying "im going to die" is a hyperbole that many people use when in pain and it's easy to think they are just being dramatic. so the best idea is to take the piss out of her and ignore it?
