| Darkman124 05/09/18 9:37:12 AM #1: | topic i like this game a lot, army building and tactical strategy where your deployed force is not your total force; taking and holding strategic points lets you deploy more troops to the field battlefield control is super useful so you're not just trying to shoot the enemy with the biggest gun. area control and creation of damage zones tends to trump direct damage, but some enemies resist so you have to tailor a strategy to what's out there...and not everything can be had also unlike xcom et al new recruits are not brought in at level 1, but rather avg squad level -1. so the risk of troops dying is not the same as xcom, which i LOVE. @apolloooo i bet youve played it @chill02 here's a reason to not leave the house for a month --- And when the hourglass has run out, eternity asks you about only one thing: whether you have lived in despair or not. ...
