Sounds to me like it's working as intended. Fortunately, the site also includes several public fora in which you can express such opinions with the specific nuances you desire. Dr_Kain posted... It's real. It actually exists. They can't remove content from the game because they offended someone, a license expired, or something. They can't make you buy it again to play it. It is yours until you say otherwise. I take it you haven't actually read any of the license agreements that come with your physical games, because none of those things you said are actually true.
