He's getting subpoenaed for something

Probably irrelevant. A subpoena doesn't mean that you're the subject of the investigation, it more likely is to get information about Cohen.

Well his lawyer who was in charge of dealing with the investigation is out and he just got a lawyer who represented Clinton in his impeachment...

Seems like there might be a reason for that.

Itll all be determined by this midterm election

If Democrats take majority theyll throw him out. If Republicans hold on to enough seats theyll say that theyre very troubled by allegations/conclusions, or say that they take the president at his word, and pretend to be looking at something in another room for a few years.

You need more than the majority. It requires a 2/3s vote to convict. You're just never going to get enough people unless a president is guilty beyond all doubt of an egregious crime. Clinton gave any number of women a #MeToo moment and, even after being caught lying under oath (the same crime that some Trump campaigners have been convicted of), was still able to serve out his term. Honestly, even Nixon probably could have coasted by.

They've been trying to get Trump impeached since day 1.

Pretty much, especially since they couldn't stop him from winning.

Here's the thing, Trump's lawyers office was raided, that's not a fucking small deal. Despite what people think about lawyers, they do take lawyer-client confidentiality very seriously, if the confidentiality is there (if it's not, well, you're shit out of luck). It's similar to a doctor violating HIPAA.

It's not the kind of deal that you think, considering that the investigation is going after Cohen. And specifically the raid is mostly possibly because they're claiming that attorney-client privilege doesn't protect Cohen's activities which are the issues at hand.
