Why is that an example of toxic masculinity? Gender role enforcement isn't inherently a maculine or feminine idea. If anything the idea of gender social construction completely states the opposite. That gender roles are simply a social construction and have nothing to do with actual gender identity.

What was even remotely difficult to understand about my post? Explain how a man telling his son not to play with dolls is an example of toxic masculinity. If gender is a social construct, then a man saying that to his son has nothing to do with actual masculinity or femininity and is really just an example of social order enforcement.

That is exactly why it's toxic masculinity. It has nothing to do with actual masculinity and is just shaming people for not conforming to some weird societal definition of masculinity. Also, gender is not a social construct.
