Well, it's not just what one person thinks, but I'm guessing what you mean is that it isn't indisputable fact? If so, I agree. There's a lot wrong with it, in fact. However, I agree that while bad can mean immoral, it can mean other things as well.

Not all bad things are immoral.

For example, an earthquake that destroys your home is bad. I doubt many people would argue with that. It's not immoral though, is it?
