I was shocked to see that it was from 1998 though because it sounds like it's straight out of the 70's and even Bowie sounds young for some reason. It's an interesting collaboration but I don't really start to jive with the song until 3 minutes in. Great beat from then on though and it's sort of a memorable and perilous sound which is great but 1/4th of a song equals about 1/4th of a score.
