Topic	Rampage was somehow dumber than I expected (spoilers)
Forceful_Dragon 04/22/18 1:28:27 AM #4:	It was very self aware of his "invincibility" My favorite instance of that is when they had him handcuffed with zip ties for 10 minutes and when he needed to use his hands because actions sequence demanded it he simply popped them off instantly.
