People act like they are too good for jobs while showing exactly why they aren't good enough for a better job.

This. People use to talk shit about my work ethic when I use to work at walmart. I always took pride in what I did, and well, here I am making quadruple what I use to and those who criticized me remain at walmart.

thats how it is, people who don't take their jobs seriously get shown the door, and people who do want to be better for themselves climb the ladder. I've gotten a $10,000 raise after only a year here, with no office experience prior, and I didn't finish college and I'm only 22. I'm probably the youngest in the state to get this job title and I worked hard every day, meanwhile my coworkers are content with just showing up to collect a paycheck
