Then they should be fired! If I was their manager I would fire them on the spot! This is a professional franchise! Show some pride in your restaraunts and career. If they dont think its a career they shouldnt waste a space for people who make it their career. There are HS students who after graduating say they will work there. Plus, managers and their job projects. I bet the uninterested ones arent contributing to their projects, or productivity.
