Topic	The feeling when ONE item completely ruins your run in Binding of Isaac.

I hate that heart familiar that takes damage for you. I can never protect it well enough. Isaac's heart is by FAR the worst item in the game. It actually can be pretty good. You don't take damage from blood banks, curse rooms, or heart beggars. If you have something like Midas Touch or Poop touch you can just run through every enemy for instant kills. Eh, for the most part RNG won't kill an Isaac run unless you are just the most unlucky person ever.
