Wetterdew 04/19/18 2:38:31 AM #21:	Cursed Eye is actually great on Lilith. You don't get any of the harmful effects, it actually just makes it so you shoot three times as many tears as before. No charge time, no teleporting. Just triple the tears. Also, for people who like to play fast and loose, judicious use of Cursed Eye can let you teleport when you want to.
