You're concerned about phytoestrogens, but not the mammalian estrogen that's pumped into factory farmed meat and dairy? Phytoestrogen function varies by receptor - ex beta receptor phytoestrogens in soy prevent excess development of breast tissue in men and prevent breast cancer. Alpha receptor phytoestrogens in beer hops may promote the opposite effect. In general, there's no evidence to be concerned with overconsumption of them under normal conditions (not potent lab supplementation of them).

There's enough diversity in plants to achieve any health goals. I've felt great since going vegan, my t levels even rose a bit, and I'm not deficient in anything. I've even taken up powerlifting again. Hope this helps!
