In the case of a mobile redirect, if the user navigates back to the page, the ad that's redirecting will likely have already refreshed, so I don't know if you'd be able to get any useful info on this. I can share the landing page, although that might have limited usefulness if the advertiser/buyer is chaining redirects or spoofing the landing page in some way. I get the URL of the ad out of my browser history.
