Why should we worry that a religion no one has heard of might be the one true religion? Say you are right and Jesus' word is wrong. Why should we be punished for following Jesus' word? Because if you're wrong, and damn not even all Christians can compeltely agree on what God wants, then you might be fucked and your entire life was a lie. And who knows what that true deity thinks about non-believers or what his moral code is? Maybe what some religion deems as an evil spirit is the true god and we'll all suffer for not killing puppies as tribute.
