What regulations? This is actually true. There's thousands of laws in cities like New York that govern the business of taxis that Uber is not subject to because of the ridesaharing loophole that they conveniently exploit. I say conveniently because it is actually in the publics interest. Sounds like those regulations are shit and need to be redone to adapt.
