Topic	In your opinion, how long is a good nap?
wwinterj25 03/29/18 1:27:30 PM #22:	I don't nap much as naps tend to disturb my normal sleep cycle but when I do 90 minutes is best as that's how long it takes me to complete a sleep cycle.
