Anyone who thinks hunting is a masculine trait is someone I don't want to associate with. Taking down a defenseless, innocent animal with a tool that a teenage girl can handle is about as masculine as drop kicking said girl.

If you made this post in the groups that I'm in, you would be absolutely destroyed. They are all about hunting, and they will make fun of anti-hunting people at the drop of a hat.

Am I wrong, though?

Technically and philosophically I guess you're not wrong, I mean what you say makes sense. But at the same time, it's too manly for me to do. Buying and maintaining a hunting rifle, going out to some country place and sitting all day in a blind, actually pulling the trigger, and then of course doing all the skinning and organ removal. I could never do that. So you're not wrong but it's also too manly for me as well, but I'm a pansy. I mean when you get down to it in real life, bagging a deer is still a lot of effort. It's a whole hobby that takes a lot of commitment, and I can see why many women would be attracted to a man that does it.

Like knitting a quilt.
