Am I the only who feels like having a campus for colleges is an outdated idea since you can easily take all of your courses on the internet, including watching recorded lectures and reading online copies of books? Once an infrastructure for online college is set up properly, I don't see any reason not to offer it for free or at least an extremely low fee.

Some of the fancy colleges do that. Its free and if you're comfortable, pay a fee, take a test, and get a diploma

That's awesome to hear. I haven't heard anything about it so I just assumed all of the major colleges didn't want to give away so much information for free when they could charge ridiculous tuition for it. Especially for textbooks which have become so overpriced it's not even funny.

Yeah, I forget where Ive seen it, but its there. People are usually not that dedicated or desperate, so it probably barely happens, if it does. I could see people in India being the biggest benefactors
