Topic	Should Colleges and Universities be "Free"?

Am I the only who feels like having a campus for colleges is an outdated idea since you can easily take all of your courses on the internet, including watching recorded lectures and reading online copies of books? Once an infrastructure for online college is set up properly, I don't see any reason not to offer it for free or at least an extremely low fee. Some of the fancy colleges do that.
