His pattern of choosing victims was figured out and he tried switching the delivery and type of targets up to throw cops off, but got sloppy when he changed his tactics. If he kept blowing up minorities by mail he might have remained at large longer so I'm glad he is dead. Hopefully there's no more bombs in the mail though.
