Basically, you are arguing we should go back to discriminatory practices because someone might abuse the system?


To be honest, I have no idea what you're on about. I'm simply asking where we should draw the line with discrimination.

So you're saying that the decisions of New York and California to denounce using HIV prophylactic drugs in pricing a life insurance policy is wrong, even if homosexuals will coincidentally pay higher premiums because they are the primary consumers of those drugs?
