No, there isn't. There's a very, VERY high chance, but not 100%. You need 367 people to have a 100% chance of that. (And that's assuming we only care about the day and month, not the year. If you care about the year too, it gets even trickier.)

Leap year. Also, I just did the math, and with 30 people, the probability of 2 people sharing a birthday is about 70%
