Topic	I'm experimenting to create a new recipe. Asian cooking.

Thr dried chili I used for flakes is kinda hot tho. Dish couldve been made hotter but it was enough. Definitely consider adding some peppers to the sauce. I mean, a ghost pepper would work with the region, but I'd say go for something like a habanero pepper in the sauce. They pair well with sweet and savory sauce flavors, imo. --- If you're not looking for any honest discussion, agreement, meeting halfway or middle ground, don't bother arguing with me.
