I dont want to screw over my friend but I also dont want to screw over the girl if she legitimately likes me and wants to do things right this time. I realize I cant have my cake and eat it, too. I may have to choose and the choice should be fairly obvious. I just dont get attention from girls too often so when an opportunity presents itself, I want to pursue it if possible. Ultimately, I think I will respect my friend here and not go through with it. I want to get laid as much as the next guy but the cost may be too high.
