What I want to ask you is if I should include a portfolio of my specific accomplishments along with my resume and cover letter or do you think that would be overkill? If they're related to the job that you'll be doing or demonstrate competence at your old job, definitely be ready to talk about them, especially if you can use them to show why you're the right guy for the new job. A physical portfolio is probably less important, but can't hurt. The fact that you're interviewing for an internal job change with somebody you already know could render the process more or less a formality if they think you're a good fit for the job. But I wouldn't count on that. Be ready to answer the "Why do you want this job when you already have that job" question, ideally without mentioning money. --- Congratulations to BKSheikah, winner of the BYIG Guru Contest ...
