Topic	YouTube is being sued for refusing to hire white and asian men.

Remember when people got hired on their merit? Because they were the best possible candidate for the job? Good times... hey i believe in qualification over colour and i have dark skin..... but can we really say that that alone is the fairest and most effective way to go for us all to get ahead? Are we also going to say that biases in the other direction dont exist suddenly??? The thing about meritocratic models, in which being better qualified candidates get hired, is not all of us get ahead.
