Topic	YouTube is being sued for refusing to hire white and asian men.

This is the thing with STEM and other fields trying to diversify: the qualified candidates just don't exist. Companies spend an immense amount of effort doing outreach to middle and high schools to try and motivate kids to get into the field simply so they have more qualified candidates to hire, but the interest just isn't there. Rather than admit that maybe hiring practices are fair and people just have different preferences, we get shit like this were you're blatantly discriminating to try and force something that simply shouldn't be. Not sure what you're saying.
