Like, I think Squall's 5* at level 25 is going to be better than Cloud's 4* at level 1 on Cloud. If they're both level 25, the Buster Sword might be better due to the passive bonus that Cloud gets from using Buster Sword. Makes sense. I'm only leveling 5s right now.
