It would continue down the track, gaining speed until it hit a big turn, bounced off a wall, and went flying off the track. I'm pretty sure we've already covered this a dozen times. Try to keep up.

Speed. If you took a waterslide going 85+ km/h like the luge guys get up to, you'd go flying off of that too.
