The girl will have a hard time talking throughout her childhood because they nearly ripped off her jaw. Pitbulls have been known to be dangerous for decades. If you are going to raise them, you need to be doing it right. If you fail that responsibility and they attack and harm another human being, you deserve to have the book thrown at you. Even if an owner does 100% everything right and the dog snaps and mauls someone, they should throw the book at the owner. The owner was fully aware his dogs were violent and did nothing to fix the situation.
