Topic	Let's be honest: Ganondorf made Hyrule great again after he took over in OoT

Ganondorf just wanted to change it up a bit and I respect that. I once mentioned this in a similar topic. The town was full of crime. Peddlers selling stolen goods, gambling and panhandlers. Even willing to sell weapons and drug potions to children. Didn't even question Link for his age at the time.
