Lisa, when we talk about white supremacy, were referring to a systemic racism that is much deeper and more pervasive than any individual or group could be, Aaron replied. Black people do not have the institutional power in our society to benefit from so-called black supremacy. It just doesnt work like that.
Oh so systemic racism is synonymous with white supremacy now? And here I thought the existence of systemic racism in this day age are from the ill affects from racially oriented historical events, not because white people are actively still trying to make the system racist because of racial ideology like the 50s. Also, nobody in their right mind uses the term white supremacy as a substitute for systemic racism unless they are purposely trying to be inflammatory or edgy. As a brown Muslim guy I totally agree with what Addy is saying this topic
