She has alienated everyone around her, and her attempts to better herself backfire. Worse, she's self-aware enough to see herself fall into the same mistakes over and again, powerless against her instincts. "Please leave me alone" means she knows she's going to hurt you. You'll eventually hate her, and she'll hate herself for doing thay to you.
