I was asked to clarify what happens when the editing rule is violated and causes an error like in today's round...

Mistake is caught before the round ends - no harm done but I give a reminder (this is what happened)

Bobby Jon gets saved by someone else - no harm done but I give a reminder

Bobby Jon gets "eliminated" and the mistake is caught before the next round begins - Last person listed in the final set of saves gets [L]'d out and eaeds is banned for a round

Bobby Jon gets "eliminated" and the mistake is caught after the next round has already begun - the result stands, Bobby Jon gets an [L] next to his name and eaeds gets banned for a round (following the ongoing round)

Statute of limitations is the start of the second subsequent round. If a mistake is found beyond that point nothing happens.
