When you approach a car at night you are always gonna be at a disadvantage. Also, bullet proof vest might keep you from dying but it might not keep you in a gunfight longer. I'm just saying, I hope you never have to use your gun, but having a vest and training doesn't change the fact that anyone could get the jump on you and it would be likely over very quickly for you (god forbid it happen). --- p226 ...
