It's good when it's doing what it does best (Yamada helping people who are troubled by their powers) but everything else is awful. Even the first half wasn't that good when it was focusing on villains, so I dunno why the author decided to go all out with that in the second half. Like...what the hell are they even trying to accomplish? ugh.
