Germans don't like people making light of the Nazis and what they did wrong. Yeah, so let's make it illegal to say it. Sure doesn't sound fascist at all. They take "never again" pretty seriously, as they should. It's illegal to display the Nazi flag/swastika anywhere, except in art form. I honestly don't mind it, in their case.
