Its not for me, but your body is resilient. My wife lives on it. I occasionally have to make her eat some carbs because she gets mental confusion when she is deprived of carbs for too long.
I hope this works out for you OP.
Thanks! Curious, is there a reason your wife lives on it? Does she also have intolerance to food?
I dont really want to live on it, more like trying to do a reset on my body. 16-BITTER posted...
I did this for 14 days just on a whim. Wasn't too bad, but I wouldn't do it full time. Low carbs for sure, but not full keto.
Yeah, after 30 days I will try to integrate more carbs. Maybe brown rice to start. Gluten free bread, etc.
The worst for me is a I have a total sweet tooth and loooove to bake. Im planning on baking an apple pie this Sunday for a family gathering. It will be hard not to sample any.
She had a metabolic disorder. She had to have surgery to remove a section of her stomach. She has to eat a ton of protein for her body to keep up. Basically, she has a small stomach and carbs come last. She cant eat enough to get them in. ---
