That's what worries me. The doctors were pretty concerned when I went in, but released me after some antibiotics and a CT scan and told me to follow up with my doc if I don't feel better. I feel worse today.

CALL THEM BACK! You were treated for physical infections. That's not your main problem atm. You have a psych problem. Please take the ride and get some help.

Omg, it's like talking to the fucking EMT all over again. I don't feel well physically.

No shit. I understand you don't feel well physically. If you've been treated and released for your physical ailments, the only thing you can do about that is follow your discharge instruction, get your meds and take them, then put yourself on bedrest.
You fucking up your apartment due to an anxiety attack is different from if you happen to be sick with a virus at the same time. You told us that you fucked up the house due to a sense of anxiety that feels like it won't let up and may get worse, like way worse. You concentrate on that part. You already know what to do for your virus. You anxiety level is a different situation. You are now asking to be treated for a possible mental disorder that's proving to be very serious in nature.
Call the ambulance and talk only about your high anxiety levels, what it's made you do so far, and where you're afraid it might lead. Then when you get to the ER, tell them the same thing, you are there now because of intolerable anxiety levels. Don't turn the ambulance away. Get to the ER and tell them what's going on.
